Outdoor Activities for ALL!

Rugged sea cliffs and sandy bays; imposing hills and hidden waterfalls; gentle meanders and crashing white water. Whatever you want you will be able to find it in the rich and varied landscape of Wales and the Welsh Borderland.

Our aim is relaxed and environmentally considerate enjoyment of the countryside through adventure.

Individuals, families and groups of all kinds are welcome. Whatever your age or ability there are NO BARRIERS to taking part.

We won't give you a hard time - unless you ask us to!

Surrounded by the dramatic scenery of the Wye Valley, Brecon Beacons, Black Mountans and Gower Peninsula, we are well-placed to offer courses and activities throughout South and West Wales and the Borderlands. We also run courses in Pembrokeshire, Anglesey and Snowdonia at certain times of year, or for groups at any time by arrangement.
