Day two is a leisurely paddle to Monmouth. Mountain Adventure. Combine hillwalking, caving and an overnight camp for 2 days of fun in the hills. Adventure Trail (one or more days) Adventure Trail is ideal for groups who want to explore the outdoors under their own steam. A typical Adventure Trail will include sections on foot, by bike and by canoe.
