A holiday course
for those who can control a closed-cockpit kayak on
flat water, and are confident in a capsize
situation. We will spend the week exploring the
spectacular and varied coastline of Pembrokeshire
or Anglesey, looking at the particular skills and
knowledge needed for sea
paddling.

The
emphasis of this course is on gaining the skills
and experience to progress in kayaking. We do not
follow a formal syllabus, but keep the programme as
flexible as possible to address individuals'
aspirations. However, appropriate BCU/UKCC Star
tests and Paddlepower awards can be taken on the
course, by prior
arrangement.
If you do not
have sufficient prior experience, one of
our
Introduction
to
Kayaking
courses
would be an ideal preparation for this
course.
