Sea Kayak or Open Canoe Touring

Snowdonia/Anglesey

or

Western Scotland

Exploring places that cannot be reached by land, on self-contained trips can be an unforgettable experience. Sea kayak touring offers breathtakingly beautiful and varied scenery. Cliffs, castles or caves take on a different character from the sea. Wildlife can be readily observed, or even accompany us as we paddle. This is a holiday for paddlers who have paddled on open and/or moving water and are confident in a capsize situation, as we will be self-sufficient in remote locations. We may include a two-day trip with overnight camp.

Our 'Introduction to Canoeing or Kayaking' courses would provide useful skills and experience for this holiday.

The course is based in B&B or comfortable self-catering chalets. Camping or non-residential arrangements are also available. Subject to availability of accommodation, non-paddling family members could enjoy a holiday at the same location.

2009 - 2010 Dates by arrangement for groups of 4 - 8 (Anglesey) or 6 -8 (Scotland).
